Message	The wifey let me out today to get some needed things done and since my replacement slicktop arrived back from Florida (rod bearing failure when I was down there :-( ), I pulled everything apart today. *sniff sniff* Here's the replacement, if you haven't seen.. And here's the carnage.. I guess today was the equivalent of the autopsy.. I pulled everything out of the car; interior/computer/leather/electronics/stereosystem, etc.. And pulled the engine, tranny, new wiring harness (was installed 5 months ago), suspension, brakes, wheels, bodykit panels, dual intake, water injection - you get the idea.. Everything is neatly packed away awaiting reinstallation, but the engine is on the stand and it will be getting a new Z1 piston design installed, tubular manifolds, cams, valves, springs, etc etc etc.. oh, and Stage3BB turbos. The pistons should be here this week after being coated at Polydyne (thermal ceramic crown coating and polymer low-friction skirt coating).. I am looking forward to cracking the powerplant open and taking some pictures of all of the clean parts - the water injection that I was running was in there for a couple thousand miles and it had already made things notably cleaner in the intake, plugs, and piston crowns.. I'm sure those will be some good pictures you guys will want to see so I'll be sure to take them.
